Single-use split butterfly valve
This system consists of two valve bodies: an active valve and a passive valve, which combine to open and close for the transfer of powder. It allows for the transfer of raw materials while maintaining a clean state through the combination and separation of the valve bodies. Made of resin (a mixture of polycarbonate and ABS resin), it is very lightweight. There is no need for cleaning and cleaning validation for single use, contributing to cost reduction.
