By utilizing the mechanism of the pilot check valve, it takes the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet sides of the pressurized oil. This time, we will discuss a request for the design and production of a dedicated machine (an upward-facing drill press). We received a concept from the client and, contrary to the usual design, inverted the mechanism of the drill press to place the workpiece on top. Depending on the shape of the workpiece, this design offers advantages in efficiency and precision compared to traditional clamping methods. Based on this concept, we handled everything from design to production, machine control, and painting in-house, and delivered the initial prototype. We propose a specially shaped needle valve that balances quality and cost! We will introduce many case studies.

Matsui Manufacturing is an expert in non-ferrous metal processing. We propose high-quality, high-value-added products that combine forged products made of copper, brass, and aluminum, machining, pipe bending, and brazing. In this document, we introduce several case studies regarding development, quality improvement, and cost reduction. [Some of the content (issues)] ■ We were considering a ball valve for a new product, but the costs did not match. ■ We want to add a safety valve function to the drainage valve to increase its added value. ■ We were using many commercially available copper pipe fittings, which resulted in high material costs. ■ Cutting from aluminum square bars led to high material and machining costs. ■ The yield of brazing in the subsequent process for machined products was poor. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
