The new add-on module "Polishing System" for the powder-based 3D printer "Fuse 1+ 30W" automates post-processing with "Fuse Blast"! Not only does it automatically remove powder through blasting, but it also allows for polishing using specialized polishing media and solvents. It is said that polishing results in a semi-gloss finish for the models! In this edition, we created two types of hollow-shaped models using the powder-based 3D printer "Fuse 1+ 30W." After that, we incorporated the Polishing System into the "Fuse Blast," and investigated how well material removal and polishing could be achieved. "Can the powder be removed cleanly automatically?"
