We received a request from a pharmaceutical company regarding their response to an outbreak of avian influenza. "Case Study of 'Deep Ocean Water' Proposal" Beverage Manufacturer

A proposal that makes it possible to produce water equivalent to that of Mount Fuji anywhere in the country!

A beverage manufacturer has requested to create mineral concentrated water because they sell water sourced from Mount Fuji as mineral water, but transporting it nationwide incurs high transportation costs, and the more truckloads there are, the worse it is for the environment. In response, we propose "deep ocean water" with a different mineral composition. This allows us to blend the same minerals found in the water sourced from Mount Fuji, even in distant areas (such as Hokkaido and Okinawa), making it possible to produce a mineral concentrated water equivalent to Mount Fuji's water anywhere in the country. By changing the mineral composition, we can produce water with specific functions (such as water that is less likely to cause heatstroke, water for people with high blood pressure, and water to drink after exercise). [Case Details] ■ Request - We want to create mineral concentrated water to produce an equivalent to Mount Fuji's water anywhere in the country. ■ Proposal - "Deep ocean water" with a different mineral composition. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Development of low-salt products aimed at health-conscious individuals! Examples of utilizing deep ocean water.

We propose a noodle-making method that prevents noodles from becoming soggy! Solved with "deep ocean water," which has similar properties to salt.

A food manufacturer has requested the development of a noodle-making method that prevents noodles from becoming mushy, as somen is made by mixing wheat and salt, and boiling causes the salt to leach out, resulting in the noodles becoming soft. In response, we propose using "deep ocean water," which has similar properties to salt and allows for noodle production without using salt. This can be applied to the development of reduced-salt products aimed at health-conscious consumers. [Case Details] ■ Request - We want to develop a noodle-making method that prevents noodles from becoming mushy. ■ Proposal - "Deep ocean water," which has similar properties to salt and allows for noodle production without using salt. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
