Ceramic products: Electrolytic membrane
Due to being fired at high temperatures, it has high mechanical strength! Even when immersed in electrolyte for long periods, there is little degradation in strength, making it stable.
We would like to introduce Suzuki Rika's ceramic product, the "Electrolytic Membrane." The electrolytic membrane is used in the manufacturing of chemical agents such as hydrogen peroxide and persulfates, surface treatment, and wastewater treatment facilities. It is generally used in the electrolysis of aqueous solutions, and its purpose is to "prevent the substances generated or present at both electrodes from dissolving in the electrolyte and mixing through diffusion and convection." Therefore, a material with uniform fine pores, low electrical resistance, high mechanical strength, and significant stability against chemical agents is required. The electrolytic membranes we handle are ceramic membranes produced at high temperatures and have excellent properties. 【Features】 - Made of high-alumina material, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance to acids and alkalis. - High mechanical strength due to high-temperature firing. - Minimal strength degradation even after long immersion in electrolyte, ensuring stability. - Despite a high apparent porosity, the pore diameter is small and uniform. - Low electrical resistance, achieving uniform current distribution and excellent liquid separation. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
