[Case Study] Injection molding with high precision for model production has been realized.

Seeking a 3D printer that can achieve injection molding with high precision for mold making.

Considering the limitations of home-use 3D printers and the precision of large sizes, we are considering outsourcing. We conducted an interview with Mr. Nakajima from the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at the University of Tokyo regarding the introduction of DMM.make 3D printing! [Case Study] Utilizing 3D Printers to Transform Complex Internal Structures into Final Products

Using a 3D printer for parts with complex internal structures of small formula cars to create the final product.

We will introduce a case where the fundamental lightweighting and performance improvement of intake components mounted on small formula cars were achieved, along with the manufacturing technology and reliability to realize this. Complex hollow shapes were integrally molded without the use of jigs and utilized as final products. We are pleased to announce that we have started a service to remove NXE400 support in response to our customers' requests.

The NXE400 is a printer that achieves ultra-fast molding through its proprietary LSPc technology. The lubricant sublayer photopolymerization technology (LSPc) suppresses the sticking of the molded object to the tray.
