The "RTP 5000 Series" is a power sensor for RF frequencies of 6 GHz, 18 GHz, and 40 GHz. It features a time base resolution of 100 ps and a maximum acquisition rate of 100 MSPS, providing 50 points per division in a time base range of 5 ns/div.
