The customer was implementing energy-saving measures that could be done at welfare facilities, such as reviewing the air conditioning temperature settings and gradually turning off lights, but they were struggling to significantly reduce their electricity costs. They consulted us, saying, "We want to introduce a system that minimizes installation costs and leads to energy savings year after year. Is there a good method for this?" Our company proposed the use of 'LoRa wireless devices' that do not require wiring work to reduce installation costs. By linking demand monitoring devices with air conditioning control devices, we made it possible to reduce contracted power year after year, thereby lowering electricity costs without conscious effort. Here is an introduction to the case studies of implementing ESCO-ONE in hospitals. In the case of Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture, it was implemented for 25 air conditioning systems. This resulted in a reduction of 73,561 kWh in annual electricity consumption, a decrease in contracted power (maximum demand) of 49 kW, and an estimated cost reduction of about 1,815,000 yen in electricity charges. In a hospital in Hachioji City, Tokyo, it was implemented for 34 air conditioning systems, successfully reducing annual electricity consumption by 254,549 kWh, with a decrease in contracted power (maximum demand) of 89 kW, resulting in an estimated cost reduction of about 4,460,000 yen in electricity charges.
