Discovery of valuable customers through data analysis.

Introducing the customer segmentation optimization solution!

Customer segmentation is a marketing technique that groups individuals or organizations based on similar attributes, purchasing patterns, attitudes, and more. By utilizing data analysis technologies, including AI/artificial intelligence, it becomes easier and more efficient to create customer segments, allowing for a clearer understanding of customer profiles ranging from valuable customers to those at risk of churn and cherry pickers. Furthermore, by integrating and analyzing various customer data, such as sales data, customer attribute data, text data from surveys, and web access log data, it becomes possible to clarify customer purchasing behavior and implement marketing actions that are more aligned with the customers. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Preventing cancellations and withdrawals through data analysis.

Provide excellent support to good customers and nurture general customers into good customers!

Switching to competitors' products or canceling subscriptions by our customers can be considered one of the challenges that companies must address in today's environment, where customer mobility is high and the cost of acquiring new customers is extremely high. By utilizing data analysis technologies, including AI/artificial intelligence, it becomes possible to identify customers among current members who are likely to cancel or withdraw, based on trends of past customers who have canceled and customer attribute data. To focus on "customer retention and development," we will allocate the company's management resources according to each customer level, providing strong support to valuable customers, nurturing general customers into valuable ones, and preventing potential churn among at-risk customers. *For more details, please refer to the related links. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) through Data Analysis

Maximize customer lifetime value! Provide increasing value (profit) to your company.

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) refers to the total profit (value) generated during the time a customer engages in business with a company. The concept of Customer Lifetime Value Management is not particularly difficult. When a company communicates value to its customers, those customers, driven by loyalty, will increasingly provide value (profit) back to your company. However, in practice, achieving this is not so simple. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. Feel free to contact us for further inquiries.*

Used for data entry and result display in a wide range of forming processes in the manufacturing industry.

The versatile graphical software GiD is today used in a wide range of manufacturing processes, including sheet metal, mold filling, solidification and cooling in casting, powder compaction, and forging and rolling, for data input and result display. GiD can import complex CAD shape data in DXF and IGES formats for analysis in a simple and efficient manner, and can also generate the necessary input data. The display features of GiD can be customized to show important results for each analysis, including animations of deformed shapes, stress contour maps, line diagrams, and forming limit diagrams. Today's ANSYS mission is 'without prototyping' (Tokyo Electron)

We would like to introduce an interview article with Mr. Kazuo Kibi from Tokyo Electron Limited!

I would like to introduce information that highlights how CAE and CFD are beneficial to society, including interesting application examples, primarily through articles from the information magazine "ADVANTAGE" published by ANSYS, Inc. and ANSYS Japan Co., Ltd. This time, we will present an interview article with Mr. Kazuo Kibi from Tokyo Electron Limited. The company holds the top share in Japan and the third largest share in the world as a semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturer. As a long-time user of ANSYS Fluent, the company utilizes simulation to clarify and predict phenomena occurring within their manufacturing equipment. They leverage simulation software from upstream to downstream in the design process, but now the management has assigned them a more challenging mission of "not creating prototypes." Creating prototypes requires enormous costs and time. Therefore, if they can avoid making prototypes, there is no doubt that they can achieve significant economic and time benefits. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
