【What is bevel processing?】
It refers to the groove-like recess created at the welding joint before welding materials such as steel (iron) and stainless steel. By performing bevel processing, it can suppress deformation of the base material, improve the melting of the base materials during welding, increase adhesion, and enhance welding strength. Additionally, welding with a bevel makes the appearance after work look cleaner.
It is implemented in many industries where welding strength and adhesion of steel materials are more required, such as buildings, bridges, and ships. The operation system allows for easy input through an image-based interface. It comes standard with 15 processing patterns, accommodating various types of welding. Furthermore, by using an optional cutter, processing of stainless steel plates can also be performed.
