We would like to introduce a case where this equipment was implemented to address bridging issues in a dust collector hopper for local exhaust ventilation. The customer contacted us requesting to borrow a "Broady Disk Mini" because the crushed material was getting stuck in the hopper. The size of the hopper in question is 500×500, and if the flowability of the powder is quite poor, it is generally recommended to use at least four blow discs (standard type: BD-15). Initially, four BD-20 type blow discs were adopted, and aeration was performed manually under various conditions.
