ESI Group proposes to replicate and predict design and manufacturing processes that include multiple processes, challenging to reduce lead times and costs through virtual prototyping. 【Case Studies】 ■ Fatigue durability analysis considering the casting process By faithfully modeling the pressing, welding, and press-fitting processes and transferring the residual stress and strain from each process, we evaluate the impact on the final fatigue strength performance. ■ Impact analysis considering the die-casting process The strength of die-cast products decreases in proportion to the amount of surface oxides entrained during filling.
