Here is a case study solved by Shin-Net Industrial. We received a request to create a compact furnace for superheated steam using our "Aqua Steam Heater." Since we cannot manufacture the furnace body itself, we started the development of a prototype in collaboration with a furnace body manufacturer. Currently, we have achieved a lineup of batch furnaces and conveyor furnaces. Although it took a considerable amount of time from the initial stage, the temperature distribution inside the furnace is now very good.
