Additionally, if the clean room becomes hot, temperature management becomes essential, especially for products that are sensitive to sweat from personnel working inside. Let me introduce you to the mechanism of a clean room. First, a clean room is formed using a circulation cycle of air. The HEPA filter captures dust and fine particles from the air, dispersing clean air throughout the room, while the air conditioning unit draws in the indoor air and circulates it. Next, to prevent the inflow of external contamination into the clean room, the indoor environment must be maintained at positive pressure. By taking in treated outside air into the air conditioning unit, which is on the primary side of the HEPA filter, and mixing it with the circulating air, we maintain positive pressure by discharging an amount of air equal to the volume of the treated outside air being taken in. A customer is introducing two large NC machines. Due to product precision requirements, it is necessary to keep the environment around the large NC machines clean. Since it is not possible to clean the entire factory environment, we propose to enclose the area around the machines to create a "clean room." Additionally, there was a request to enable temperature control and the ability to use a crane for loading and unloading products. To facilitate the loading and unloading of products with a crane, we installed L-shaped opening and closing doors on the sides and ceiling. We also incorporated air conditioning (2 units of 8 horsepower) to enable temperature control. We received a request from a customer who mainly manufactures various sizes of rolls, such as those for printing machines, stating that they wanted a simple clean room for trial runs and inspections. Since there is also product handling with a crane, we proposed a "foldable clean room." It was noted that oil mist is generated during testing, so we installed a dust collection system. Additionally, we introduced a modified air conditioning system for the air supply, which allowed us to achieve a cleanliness level of 1,000. We received feedback that they are "able to use it comfortably." Due to the damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake, the equipment was affected, and they were unable to assemble and inspect the artificial satellites, leading to a request for assistance. The size is quite large at 12×8.4×H14m, with a delivery time of one and a half months, starting around mid-March when logistics were also paralyzed. We installed a clean room with air conditioning, achieving a clean class of 10,000. We were able to meet the delivery deadline, which greatly pleased the customer.
