Within the company, we were looking for ways to further reduce costs. The quantity control system we have implemented this time is characterized by its ability to provide more detailed control compared to conventional methods. It continuously monitors pressure and can accurately start and stop compressors with the appropriate capacity as needed. Additionally, it is possible to analyze and automatically calculate data collected from pressure monitoring sensors and predict load. Even if the lower limit of the original pressure is set as low as possible, there is no risk of insufficient pressure causing the line to stop.
