We provide high-reliability electrical connections using Smiths Interconnect (Hypertac)'s unique technology "Hyperboloid," which boasts over 100,000 mating cycles for a single pole. Compliant with defense standard "MIL-DTL55302" and space standard "ESA ESCC 3401," the unique "Hyperboloid" contact reduces stress during mating and unmating, allowing for easy attachment and detachment even with multiple pins. The hyperboloid structure of the socket increases the contact area between contacts and is further enhanced with 50μm gold plating to achieve low resistance. This minimizes heat generation and accommodates higher currents. Available in configurations ranging from a minimum of 17 pins to a maximum of 490 pins, and from 2 rows to 5 rows, with over 2,500 possible configurations. There are numerous domestic and international adoption records in the aerospace and defense sectors.
