East Change Zero Ace Unit 'AMS Type / AMZ Type'

Torque is reliably maintained even near 0 RPM! Continuous shifting is possible from 0 RPM to a finite number of revolutions.

The East Change Zero Ace Unit 'AMS Type / AMZ Type' is composed of a combination of the VM Type Belta continuously variable transmission and the CT-W Type differential gear. The drive motor has dual shafts; one drives the input shaft of the CT Type differential via the VM Type continuously variable transmission, while the other inputs a constant rotation to the differential curve via a belt. Even at zero rotation, the VM Belta continuously variable transmission rotates at a specified speed and can transmit torque, allowing for the accurate transmission of the specified allowable torque near zero rotation. 【Features】 ■ Continuous variable speed from zero rotation to a finite rotation ■ Transmitted torque is reliably maintained even near zero rotation ■ Even at zero rotation, the VM Belta continuously variable transmission rotates at a specified speed and can transmit torque, allowing for the accurate transmission of the specified allowable torque near zero rotation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Belt-type continuously variable transmission T series / Sakai Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Towards the future of "monozukuri" (manufacturing). Introducing Sakai's belt-type continuously variable transmission that contributes to the present and future of rotational transmission.

This catalog introduces the "Sakai Belt-Type Continuously Variable Transmission" from Sakai Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which we handle. It comes standard with a compact body and a pulley with a gear ratio of 1:5.5. You can choose between U-type and Z-type housings. Its unique oil-free mechanism and belt slip prevention mechanism prevent troubles during operation. In particular, the instantaneous maximum torque that indicates the transmission power during forward and reverse rotation, as well as during acceleration, has a large reserve in the low-speed range. As a result, instantaneous overloads do not cause belt slippage, enhancing the overall stability of the system and stabilizing the quality of the processed products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
