Characteristics of Rigid Urethane and the Molding Process
Small lot production is possible due to in-house integrated production from model making to molding, painting, and finishing!
Rigid polyurethane is molded through a chemical reaction that occurs when two raw materials, polyol and isocyanate, are mixed together. The polyurethane we handle is a rigid polyurethane that is characteristic of general-purpose plastics. It allows for relatively easy molding of complex designs that are difficult to achieve with molded products made from general-purpose plastics, such as uneven thicknesses and thick-walled products, as well as complex designs required in mold (molded) forming. Additionally, the high degree of design freedom and the ability to produce in small quantities make rigid polyurethane molded products a canvas for our customers' creative ideas. 【Features】 ■ Relatively easy to achieve complex designs ■ Achieves a texture that is more realistic than the real thing through painting ■ Can be modified in a short period of time through partial model corrections ■ High degree of design freedom and capable of production in small quantities ■ Improved weather resistance for outdoor use *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
