The 8mm surface-mount coreless hole current sensor product ACHL series is designed for AC or DC current detection in industrial, commercial, and communication systems. It features a copper conductive path near the surface of the internal IC die, equipped with an accurate, low-offset linear Hall circuit. The Hall sensor converts the magnetic field generated by the current flowing through this copper conductive path into a proportional voltage.
The accuracy of the device is optimized by bringing the magnetic signal close to the Hall sensor. The precise proportional voltage is provided by a programmed accuracy and low-offset chopper-stabilized CMOS Hall IC after packaging.
