"Aladdin X" is a safe, neutral pH 7.7 cleaning agent for food service use, primarily composed of palm oil fatty acids. It effectively breaks down oils that are generally considered difficult to remove, reducing them to a micro-fine level, and the oils ultimately biodegrade into water and CO2 after drainage.
