[Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device] Food Manufacturing Company <Rice Washing Water>

Zero emissions! By adjusting the remaining slag from the furnace to a paste-like consistency, it can be turned into a valuable feed for pig farming.

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the vacuum dehydration drying device "G750 type" to a food manufacturing company. Rice washing water poses a very high load on wastewater treatment facilities and has been a cause of instability in processing capacity. With the introduction of this device, we were able to remove approximately 97% of COD, about 90% of BOD, nearly 100% of SS, and around 99% of n-Hex, achieving stabilization of the wastewater treatment facilities. 【Case Overview】 ■ Introduction Date: December 2009 ■ Treated Waste Liquid: Rice Washing Water ■ Treatment Volume: 15,000L/day (operating 24 hours/day) ■ Volume Reduction Rate: 71.35% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device: Metal Material Processing Manufacturer

Significant cost reduction! Achieved zero emissions and successfully reduced volume by over 90%.

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the vacuum dehydration drying device "G1000 type" to a metal materials processing manufacturer. Due to the disposal of 20,000 liters per day of water-soluble rolling oil wastewater, the disposal costs were a significant burden. With the introduction of the device, we successfully achieved a volume reduction of over 90%. Furthermore, the oil content in the residue has a low moisture content and is of high quality, allowing it to be collected as a valuable material, leading to the achievement of zero emissions and significant cost reduction. 【Case Overview】 ■ Introduction Date: March 2012 ■ Waste Liquid Processed: Water-soluble rolling oil wastewater ■ Processing Volume: 20,000 L/day (operating 24 hours/day) ■ Volume Reduction Rate: 93.20% ■ Residue Moisture Content: 1.1% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device for Food Product Raw Material Processing Manufacturers

Significant cost reduction! A case study of achieving recycling through distillation and concentration adjustment.

We would like to introduce a case where a vacuum dehydration drying device "G150 type (safety explosion-proof)" was introduced to a food product raw material processing manufacturer. Previously, the used cleaning alcohol aqueous solution (35%) was disposed of as industrial waste in its entirety. We achieved regeneration and reuse through distillation and concentration adjustment. Additionally, this resulted in a significant reduction in industrial waste treatment costs. 【Case Overview】 ■ Introduction Date: March 2014 ■ Treated Waste Liquid: Regeneration of cleaning alcohol aqueous solution ■ Treatment Volume: 2760L/day (operating 20 hours/day) ■ Volume Reduction Rate: 94.25% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device] Semiconductor Component Manufacturing Manufacturer <Process Waste Liquid>

The waste liquid contains low-boiling-point solvents, and by cutting the first distillate by 15%, the COD value of the recovered water is suppressed!

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of the vacuum dehydration drying device "G750 type" to a semiconductor component manufacturing company. When implementing a new product manufacturing process, the company considered wastewater treatment and tried various methods, but the COD values became a bottleneck. Ultimately, they chose to process the wastewater with the vacuum dehydration drying device, and biological treatment was adopted for the recovered water in the subsequent stage. 【Case Overview】 ■ Introduction Date: November 2014 ■ Treated Wastewater: Production Process Wastewater ■ Treatment Volume: 15,000L/day (operating 24 hours/day) ■ Volume Reduction Rate: 96.42% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Gift of Case Studies! Drying and volume reduction of moisture-containing residues.

We will introduce examples of reducing industrial waste costs and converting residual materials into feed to contribute to the creation of valuable resources.

We would like to introduce a case study from Ryuki Engineering, which proposes a reduction in the running costs of water treatment. We received a request from a food processing factory to dry and reduce the weight of their residual materials in order to cut disposal costs. 【Case Study】 ■Industry: Food Processing Factory ■Challenges - When disposing of residual materials (press cake), the disposal fee is determined by weight, leading to high costs for disposing of moisture-laden residuals. - They wanted to dry and reduce the weight of the residual materials to cut disposal costs. To further enhance the efficiency of processing the juice generated during the drying process, we proposed a combination of dewatering and ECO Clean. This not only reduced industrial waste costs but also contributed to converting the dried residuals into animal feed, generating valuable by-products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Features of the vacuum dehydration drying device

Prevent scaling (burning) with a Teflon scraper! We will also introduce some trivia!

The "Decompression Dehydration Drying Device" features a unique stirring and discharge screw built into the distillation kettle, making it resistant to scaling (burning). Its simple structure allows for very easy handling, and the angled stirring enables automatic discharge of distillation residues. Additionally, as a tidbit about this product, the "stirring blades" are designed to constantly scrub the inner walls of the distillation kettle with Teflon plates to prevent the precipitated residues from sticking, and the blades are angled to direct the residues to the discharge outlet for automatic removal. 【Features】 ■ Unique stirring and discharge screw (Teflon plate) built into the distillation kettle ■ Resistant to scaling (burning) ■ Automatic discharge of distillation residues with angled stirring ■ Very easy to handle due to its simple structure *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
