The target odor was a complex odor containing alcohol from fermented seasonings (a strong smell reminiscent of sweet rice bran). We conducted a preliminary demo test to verify how much alcohol reduction was possible. Currently, there are no odor complaints in the surrounding area, and the regulatory values are being met, with the existing deodorization equipment operating effectively. However, in order to implement further measures, there was a desire to install a new deodorization unit after the existing one without conducting preliminary verification tests or consultations, selecting a duct spray system based on odor quality and exhaust air volume.
