[Case Study] Special Feature on Oily Polishing (Fire Hazard)

No trash gets into the bag of the bug filter! There is less clogging of the filter, and the suction lasts longer.

Company S, a precision parts manufacturing manufacturer, had installed one large dust collector and 30 to 40 small dust collectors in a factory with many cutting and polishing processes. However, when products had oil on them, dust and oil would adhere to the inside of the ducts and hoods, and sparks from the polishing would ignite the dust collectors. Additionally, since cyclones can separate even light dust, light debris that catches fire would not reach the bag filter. Therefore, a pre-cyclone was delivered. After initially supplying one unit for testing, it was found to be excellent in dust collection performance, fire prevention effectiveness, and ease of debris collection, receiving very positive feedback. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

MPCVD single crystal lab-grown diamond

Suitable for commercial use! It has very stable and predictable characteristics and behavior.

Diamond Elements is one of the earliest CVD companies in the world engaged in the manufacturing of single crystal diamond products for a wide range of applications. The microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition method (MPCVD) has been in practical use for 80 years and has become a notable process in the last 7-8 years. MPCVD is a pure and fast diamond deposition process, making it suitable for commercial use. The quality of diamonds grown in the single crystal lab at Diamond Elements is highly stable, with predictable properties and behaviors, and is used in cutting, optical, electronic, and detector applications. 【Features】 ■ MPCVD effectively produces single crystal diamonds (SCD) ■ Development of lab-grown diamond plates suitable for demanding applications ■ CVD plates are available in various dimensions and thicknesses ■ The grown diamond plates provide a very wide spectral range with low absorption coefficients at major laser frequencies and possess very high thermal conductivity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Conductive Diamond Technology Case Study] Semiconductor Cleaning, Pre-treatment for Resin Plating

Environmentally friendly alternative technology! Capable of producing persulfate (electrolytic sulfate).

Conductive diamond technology for semiconductor cleaning and pretreatment for resin plating We would like to introduce a case study. Electrolytic sulfuric acid generated using diamond electrodes is expected to serve as an alternative technology to address issues such as toxicity and large amounts of waste that arise in manufacturing processes for semiconductors and automobiles. When sulfuric acid is electrolyzed using diamond electrodes with a wide potential window, it triggers a powerful oxidation reaction, allowing for the production of persulfate (electrolytic sulfuric acid). Diamonds have excellent resistance to acids and do not wear out even with strong electrolytic sulfuric acid. This technology is anticipated to be applied as an alternative method in the manufacturing processes of semiconductors and automobiles. [Case Overview] ■ Application: Semiconductor cleaning, pretreatment for resin plating ■ Technology: Electrolytic synthesis of peroxides (persulfate, perphosphate), organic synthesis, synthesis of useful substances from CO2 (formic acid, aldehydes) ■ Contribution: Environmentally friendly alternative technology *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

【English Market Research Report】Global Market for CVD Lab-Grown Diamonds

"Free samples" are currently being offered! Please check the application method from the [PDF download] button, or apply directly through the related links.

The global CVD lab-grown diamond market is projected to grow from $10.67 billion in 2022 to $11.72 billion in 2023, with a CAGR of 9.8%. The war between Russia and Ukraine has disrupted the opportunity for global economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. This conflict has led to economic sanctions against multiple countries, soaring commodity prices, and supply chain disruptions, causing inflation across goods and services and impacting many markets worldwide. The CVD lab-grown diamond market is expected to reach $16.76 billion by 2027, growing at a CAGR of 9.4%.
