Diaphragm valve
■Material The wetted parts are made of SUS316L and PTFE, so there is no concern about leaching or corrosion. Additionally, stainless steel is also used for the actuator, eliminating worries about corrosion from external harsh environments or condensation. ■Seal The sealing of the flow path is securely achieved by pressing a PTFE sealing attached to the stem against the SUS body valve seat. The stem side and actuator are isolated by a diaphragm, so there is no concern about contamination from wetted sliding parts or contamination from external environments. ■No Residual Liquid There is almost no liquid retention. Especially compared to ball valves, it allows for efficient extraction of products from the tank. ■Cleaning With minimal residue and no wetted sliding parts, cleaning time is reduced, and cleaning water can be conserved. It is compatible with Clean-In-Place (CIP) cleaning. ■Sterilization Materials that can withstand high temperatures are used, making it compatible with Sterilization-In-Place (SIP). ■Maintenance The stem is designed to be removable from the actuator side, allowing for easy maintenance without having to remove the body from the piping line.

Ultra-clean diaphragm valve "UCV Series" designed to meet the cleanliness requirements for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and its associated piping.
This catalog includes the following items: - 3L Series (All Metal Seal) - 2L Series (Soft Seal) - EVZS Series (Crimped Sheet) - 2LE Series (Compact Type) You can choose valves with specifications tailored to your application and fluid. Pressure ratings: 1MPa, 16MPa, 21MPa Temperature: 250°C (All Metal Seal 3LT) The 2L and 3L series use a double melt material body to minimize particle generation from the valve. This achieves a high level of cleanliness required for semiconductor devices and improves yield in manufacturing lines. Additionally, we also offer the 2LM series flow control valve, which can be used in high-purity lines.
