A dust collector that effectively removes dust through vibrations across the filter cloth and reverse airflow!

This product is a back filter dust collector that allows for dust removal without stopping operation, thanks to the adoption of a pulse jet method. Coarse dust particles introduced from the inlet settle at the bottom of the hopper, while fine dust particles sequentially adhere to the initially formed primary layer on the outer surface of the filter cloth. Additionally, effective dust removal is achieved through the vibration of the entire filter cloth and reverse airflow, with gas being discharged as clean gas from the outer surface of the filter cloth to the inner surface and then to the outlet side. 【Features】 ■ The pulse electromagnetic valve operates during operation via a pulse jet injection timer. ■ Air at a pressure of 0.5 to 0.7 MPa is injected from the blow tube. ■ Effective dust removal is performed through the vibration of the entire filter cloth and reverse airflow. ■ Gas is discharged as clean gas from the outer surface of the filter cloth to the inner surface and then to the outlet side. ■ Dust removal can be performed without stopping operation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
