Introduction of case studies for solving issues related to dust collectors (wet and dry types).

We solve various issues related to dust collection, such as the collection of contaminated soil after the Fukushima nuclear accident, the collection of abrasive dust, and the problem of uneven dust amounts in dust hoppers!

We will introduce examples of solutions to problems with dust collectors (wet and dry types). When the internal filter of the electric dust collector for oil vapor recovery became clogged, the collection efficiency drastically decreased, leading to complaints from nearby residents due to the leaked exhaust gas. To address this, we made improvements to the exhaust gas inflow section of the wet dust collector, increased the particle size of the material being processed, and enhanced the collection capacity of the wet dust collector. After the installation of the equipment, the exhaust gas became clean, and complaints from nearby residents ceased. Additionally, we have resolved issues with dry dust collectors, such as early filter wear due to abrasive dust inflow, leading to dust leakage. [Case Studies] < Dust Collector (Wet) > ■ Exhaust after washing exhaust gas containing film gloss wax components < Dust Collector (Dry) > ■ Effective use of plastic bags installed inside the dust collection drum after dust collection ■ Improvement of dust leakage due to early filter wear ■ Issue of uneven dust accumulation in the dust hopper at the bottom of the dust collector *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Dust Collector (Dry Type) (3)

Conducted airflow analysis using CFD! A case study of problem-solving that resulted in securing new construction orders.

The dust hopper at the bottom of the dust collector was experiencing issues with uneven dust distribution. To address this problem, we conducted airflow analysis using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and carried out modification work. The results after the modifications were as expected, and the problem-solving method using CFD analysis was recognized, ultimately leading to the acquisition of new orders for expansion work. Given our track record, the customer was pleased. [Case Study] ■ Problem: Uneven dust distribution in the dust hopper at the bottom of the dust collector ■ Response: - Conducted airflow analysis using CFD as an approach to problem-solving - Visualized airflow and pressure fluctuations inside the dust collector to confirm the details - Ensured stable effects could be achieved *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Case Study on Trouble Resolution: "Noise Complaints"

We will solve your noise problems.

Do you have any concerns about noise? 1. The dust collector used to operate quietly, but recently, I've become aware of the noise. 2. There were no residential areas near the factory, so it wasn't an issue, but recently, as more houses have been built, complaints have started to come in. The causes of noise can include deterioration of rotating parts (such as bearings) in the exhaust fan of the dust collection equipment, damage to ducts, and imbalances in airflow. If the dust collector is not inspected for a long time, you may not notice any abnormalities until the damage worsens, leading to repairs that incur unnecessary costs. Here are some solutions to these problems! - Replace the parts that are causing the noise. - Adjust the airflow to ensure it is uniform. - Repair ducts and other components. - Install a soundproof box covered with sound-absorbing and soundproofing materials. (This prevents noise from leaking outside.) Why not investigate the cause of the noise with a regular inspection? Our company offers inspection services. Please contact us for more details!

Technical Information: Dust Collector Fault Diagnosis

Diagnosing the cause based on symptoms such as "completely stopped inhaling" and "poor inhalation."

We will introduce the fault diagnosis of dust collection devices. Diagnosis will be conducted based on symptoms such as "it has completely stopped sucking," "suction has become poor," and "the load current suddenly decreased." For example, possible causes for "decreased dust collection efficiency" include air leaks from the dust outlet or malfunction of the eliminator (water removal device). *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
