"Die Thermo DTP" is a bearing material formed by injection molding with a special filler added to polyphenylene sulfide resin. It can be used at higher temperatures compared to die nylon bearings and has sliding properties equivalent to polytetrafluoroethylene resin. "Daisermo DTK" is a resin solid bearing material made from polyether ether ketone resin, which is a super engineering plastic. By adding carbon fibers and solid lubricants to polyether ether ketone resin, which has high heat resistance among thermoplastic resins, it combines chemical resistance, heat resistance, high strength, and excellent sliding properties.
