Eco Pad (All PP Pad)
We will introduce a case where we developed "Eco Pads" with a material manufacturer.
In the pachinko parts manufacturing industry, various manufacturers are using a method where they place pads inside folding containers and Apacon cases for the transportation and storage of molded parts. They lay the parts on top of the pads and then place another pad on top of the parts, resulting in a large consumption of pads. One pachinko parts manufacturer consulted us, saying, "We are struggling with the issue of paper dust and the costs associated with disposal due to the combination of cardboard and PE material mirror mats. We would like to propose pads made of the same material." As a result, we collaborated with a material manufacturer to develop a solution.
