A case where the residual rice flour in the four corners of the corner hopper was resolved through aeration using this product.

We would like to introduce a case study where our "Brodisk" was installed. Although the hopper has a sufficient incline, rice flour remains in the four corners of the corner hopper. This was resolved through aeration using our product. 0699 Elastic disk: Delivery of the Byton Brody Disk Mini.

Replace the material of the elastic disk with the standard specification of special silicone, and we would like it to be made of fluororubber (Viton)!

We would like to introduce a case study regarding the delivery of the Baiton Brodisk Mini. We received an inquiry from a customer in the electronic components industry stating, "We are unable to effectively resolve the clogging of powder materials (bridging phenomenon). Hitting it with a resin hammer has no effect, and using a vibrator only compresses the powder further. How can we prevent the bridging of the powder?"
