For assembling precision machinery and mounting electronic components! Battery-powered gripping electric gripper.

Ideal for picking up small parts ranging from 1mm to 10mm! An electric gripper with back drivability that allows for soft gripping.

The "Battery-Integrated Gripper" from Microb is a gripping-type gripper that utilizes piezoelectric vibration actuators. It can grip flexible materials and small parts under 1mm, and since it has a built-in 3V lithium battery (CR2), it can be used wirelessly. With a weight of just 18g without the battery, it is lightweight and less tiring to use. Leveraging the characteristics of the piezoelectric vibration linear actuator, it has back-drivability, allowing the linear actuator to move in response to external forces applied to the gripping arms of the tweezers. A stable upper limit for gripping force can be set. *For more details, please contact us.
