Achieving high-precision control of gripping force, position, and speed that exceeds air pressure! The maximum gripping force can be set arbitrarily from 30% to 100% in 1% increments.
The electric gripper "ESG1 series" has achieved high-precision position and speed control through closed-loop control using a stepping motor and rotary encoder. The cam type, by adopting a unique structure, realizes high gripping force while being lightweight and compact. Combined with the screw type, there are four types of gripper bodies along with dedicated controllers and support software to meet various needs. Additionally, various options have been added.
