[Case Study] Office - Use of SSFC Card (Access Control Management)
Increased security × enhanced design × integrated solutions! Introducing case studies of Oari.
This office features a unique layout where the first and second floors are connected by stairs, making it impossible to partition the open office space with dividers. To address this, we installed a "swing gate" at the boundary with the security area and implemented access control using a card reader. Additionally, to ensure security within the office, important documents are stored in a security cabinet, and we adopted IC card authentication for computer logins and multifunction printer outputs to prevent loss and unauthorized access by internal and external parties. The IC card used is the SSFC card, which not only shares ID numbers but also restricts computer logins, multifunction printer operations, and cabinet access if there is no entry history.
