Alemcobond 525 Silver particle-filled Odec epoxy-based conductive heat-resistant adhesive
The "Aremco Bond 525," developed by Aremco, is a conductive heat-resistant adhesive based on epoxy filled with silver particles. It is used for the assembly of electronic components that require conductivity and adhesive strength. The heat resistance limit is 170°C.
This is an adhesive for tiles (decorative materials). It turns white after curing, making coloring easy. This is a flame-retardant type (flame-retardant V-0 grade).
- As characteristics of epoxy resin, it has better curing shrinkage, wettability, and mechanical strength compared to other resins. - After curing, it turns white and can be colored. - The weight mixing ratio is designed to prevent mixing errors with a main agent to hardener ratio of 1:1. - Since it is a heat-curing type, it maintains excellent adhesion strength by curing under conditions of 80°C for 30 minutes or more, or 90°C for 20 minutes or more. - EA-911 is a flame-retardant type of epoxy resin series for tile (accessory) adhesion. * Flame-retardant V-0 grade: It meets the criteria in tests based on JIS K6911 plastic heat resistance tests, where the remaining flame time of the adhesive test piece after burning in a gas burner flame for 10 seconds is within 10 seconds.

After curing, it becomes translucent, allowing for coloring by mixing in pigments. EA=928 is a high-viscosity type of our tile adhesive. Additionally, due to the properties of epoxy resin, it has good wettability, making it suitable for adhesive applications beyond tiles.
