We would like to introduce a case study of the delivery of a pre-cooling tower and a Venturi scrubber conducted by E-Techno. The processing gas volume is 100 Nm³, with a temperature consistently between 100-120°C and a maximum of 160°C. The gas cooling design value was established using the provided particle size distribution data, designed to cool from 50°C to below 35°C. The inlet carbon particle (dust) concentration is 3 to 3.5 g/Nm³, and the outlet concentration is below 0.1 g/Nm³ (with an emission standard of below 0.3 g/Nm³).
