Bond Elut Atrazine is designed specifically for the extraction of atrazine from aqueous matrices, as well as its dealkylated metabolites, desethylatrazine and deisopropylatrazine. The 120μm particle size and suitable tube diameter allow for fast flow rates, making it ideal for processing large volumes of water samples. Additionally, the bed mass capacity of Bond Elut Atrazine is optimized to ensure the reliable recovery of atrazine and its polar metabolites, demonstrating sufficient capacity. By using an analytical method that combines Bond Elut Atrazine with Varian's HPLC diode array detector system, quantitative analysis of atrazine and its dealkylated metabolites in river water is possible even at extremely low concentrations (0.02 ppb). This concentration level is significantly lower than the EPA's standard (3 ppb) and the values set by European agencies (0.1 ppb and 0.5 ppb).
