High roundness extruded materials have made it possible to achieve dimensional tolerances (roundness) within the hollow sections, which were considered difficult for extruded materials, by controlling our long-accumulated mold technology and extrusion conditions, allowing for roundness of 50 to 100 micrometers or less (about 1/6 of JIS special grade). At Aluminum Factory, we specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some of the aluminum processing work we have done. This work involves components related to construction that are used for reinforcing aluminum materials. Since these products are used for reinforcement purposes, the main requirements can be broadly categorized into three aspects: "rigidity, weight, and cost." The thickness settings for all these conditions were significantly related, but we were able to provide products with thickness settings that satisfied all the conditions for our customers. Introducing examples of aluminum processing! The horizontal C-shaped part has been subjected to tapping (threading) processing and is structured to be assembled with separate components.

We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing that we have conducted. This work is an example of support parts related to liquid crystal displays made from aluminum material. The work features a cross-shaped hole on both sides where nuts are inserted to secure the sensors. However, since the sensors require fine adjustments in position depending on the situation, the design is in the form of a rail. The horizontal C-shaped section has been subjected to tapping (threading) processing, allowing it to be assembled with other components. At Aluminum Factory, we specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing that we have conducted. This work is a mounting part (rail bracket) to be installed in a special vehicle made of aluminum material. The groove shape in the center of the product serves as a rail, allowing for positional adjustment of the mounting part and improving the flexibility of installation. This work was originally produced overseas, but it has now been decided to produce it domestically. Therefore, we will produce it at our company, which carries out everything from extrusion processing to cutting processing in a consistent manner. Therefore, we place great importance on strength and weight, and by creating a circular hole shape at the center of the product through aluminum extrusion processing, we were able to achieve a product that satisfies both strength and weight requirements. By using extrusion processing of aluminum material, we reduce processing man-hours compared to machining and simultaneously improve material yield rates to achieve cost reduction. In this case, while the technical difficulty of the extrusion processing is not high, the work itself is relatively large, necessitating a large mold for the extrusion process. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing that we have conducted. This work is an example of a cylinder for opening and closing doors made from extruded aluminum material. It operates by passing air through it, allowing the piston to move back and forth, which opens and closes the door. To facilitate easy opening and closing, we have applied anodizing treatment to reduce friction resistance. For extruded materials, anodizing treatment can be applied depending on the specifications. By performing anodizing treatment, we can prevent scratches, corrosion, and friction.
