The feed block is a mold where each layer converges just before the T-die, but the ratio of each layer can only be adjusted offline during resin cleaning or assembly. However, this feed block allows for adjustable ratios even during operation. Layer ratio: 1:10:1 to 10:1:10, depending on extrusion conditions. The structure of the sliding collar, which prevents resin leakage, is excellent. If you are concerned about the encapsulation phenomenon, we can provide a bending vane.
Too small feed block
Until now, research feed blocks had to be suspended using structures like gantries, but this compact feed block can achieve two-type three-layer molding simply by attaching it to the extruder adapter. It is easy to disassemble and install, and switching between two-type three-layer, two-type two-layer, and single-layer can be done just by replacing the diverter valve.

We, Axmolding, are capable of designing and manufacturing ultra-multilayer feed block systems. In the feed block, we use a middle layer and address the overlap at the neck section. Since it is possible to achieve 1000 layers of lamination, we can accommodate specifications such as cushioning materials and diffuse reflection.
