◆Customer's Concern The existing filling machine takes a considerable amount of time for product changeovers. Particularly, adjusting the filling amount requires skilled intuition, and we are struggling with fine-tuning. Is there any way to improve this? ◆Namix's Proposal We proposed replacing the filling machine. All physical adjustment points for product changeovers have indicators and memory. Additionally, parameters such as timing and timers can be easily switched since product registrations can be done on the touch panel. In the "filling amount correction function" for adjusting the filling amount, no fine-tuning is necessary, allowing anyone to switch products in a short time.
