We would like to introduce a case study of cost reduction and quick delivery achieved through automated processing for overseas manufacturer Company I, which produces gas safety devices. The company was purchasing resin-molded filters from existing suppliers but was struggling to address frequent defects. Additionally, since they required inexpensive yet high-quality products, pricing was one of the challenges for us. We solved the customer's problem by providing consistent production from wire mesh molding to riveting using our in-house designed automated processing machines.
