We would like to introduce a case where the "Aqua Nature AL, Model AN-1000" was implemented at a cardboard manufacturing factory. Due to the aging of the wastewater treatment facilities, it was necessary to update the equipment. However, we wanted to keep costs as low as possible while also making the installation space as compact as possible, and we aimed to reduce running costs. After implementation, the need for quicklime and dewatering materials was eliminated, resulting in a significant reduction in sludge volume and a decrease in waste disposal costs. We adjusted Legionella pneumophila type 1 to 10,000 CFU/100mL and conducted a "Legionella bacteria disinfection test using Mekacera water" as experimental material. As a result, when Mekacera balls were applied in the presence of residual chlorine at concentrations of 0.1ppm to 0.2ppm, the number of Legionella bacteria gradually decreased, and no viable bacteria were detected after 24 hours.
