"Mizusumairu" is widely used for the removal of contaminants from alkaline wastewater such as muddy water, bentonite, and wash water from concrete and mortar generated at civil engineering construction sites. Standard Type: General treatment of neutral wastewater generated at construction sites. [Case Study] Reduction of Fluorine Concentration in the Metal Processing Industry <Toyama Prefecture>

A case where the reduction effect of fluoride and stable treatment effect have allowed for discharge without dilution.

We would like to introduce a case of implementing "fluorine treatment coagulants" in the metal processing industry. In the existing wastewater treatment system, fluorine treatment was conducted using a single-stage coagulation process with lime; however, the fluorine concentration in the treated water could not reach the target value, and it was diluted with well water before being discharged. After the implementation, by adjusting the inflow rates of concentrated and diluted wastewater, the concentration of the raw water became constant, allowing for consistently stable coagulation and fluorine treatment. [Case Study] Space-saving Equipment in the Cardboard Processing Industry <Toyama Prefecture>

We would like to introduce a case where the "Aqua Nature AL, Model AN-1000" was implemented at a cardboard manufacturing factory. Due to the aging of the wastewater treatment facilities, it was necessary to update the equipment. However, we wanted to keep costs as low as possible while also making the installation space as compact as possible, and we aimed to reduce running costs. After implementation, the need for quicklime and dewatering materials was eliminated, resulting in a significant reduction in sludge volume and a decrease in waste disposal costs. 【Legionella Bacteria Case】Water Purification Device 'Mecasera Device'

The "Legionella bacteria" are gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria that inhabit soil and freshwater in the natural environment, possessing a single flagellum at one end of the cell body, which allows for motility. We adjusted Legionella pneumophila type 1 to 10,000 CFU/100mL and conducted a "Legionella bacteria disinfection test using Mekacera water" as experimental material. As a result, when Mekacera balls were applied in the presence of residual chlorine at concentrations of 0.1ppm to 0.2ppm, the number of Legionella bacteria gradually decreased, and no viable bacteria were detected after 24 hours.
