[Case Study of Hentsu Corporation Sensors] Measurement of Sewage Gas and Biogas
Supports mixed gases! Flow measurement before the fermentation tank outlet and the combined heat and power system (cogeneration)!
We would like to introduce a case study of the sensors from Hents that we handle. Wastewater treatment plants play a central role in the treatment of wastewater generated by human activities. This process requires a tremendous amount of energy, with the majority of that energy being spent on the biological treatment process (aeration). It is possible to partially supplement the energy required for wastewater treatment with the biogas generated from the wastewater treatment process at the plant. Additionally, Hents' vortex sensors can measure regardless of gas density. With no moving parts in the design, they are not affected by condensate or other particles contained in the gas. [Recommended Products] ■ Vortex VA40 ZG8 Ex-d / ATEX - A standard compact unit with selectable sensor lengths, suitable for use in hazardous areas. ■ Vortex VA40 ZG4 with separate transducer - A heat-resistant sensor with a maximum temperature of +240°C, with selectable length and material. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
