FU-1240 can form a film at low temperatures, significantly reducing these constraints and enabling application to a wide range of workpieces, including resin parts, thin-walled metals, and small precision components. This allows for the addition of functions to parts that were previously abandoned for surface treatment, leading to increased design flexibility and process improvements. It also possesses basic properties such as non-stickiness and slip characteristics in a well-balanced manner, making it a highly practical coating. In-house developed thin film surface treatment technology! Provides "water-repellent and dirt (fingerprint) adhesion prevention" functions to optical components such as lenses and cover glasses! Testing available.

The organic nano-thin film treatment technology "NANOS" can apply functional films that enhance water repellency, oil repellency, dirt resistance (fingerprint resistance), and slip properties (dynamic friction coefficient) to metal and glass substrates such as stainless steel (SUS) and nickel (Ni) through spray treatment and vacuum deposition using a special fluoropolymer. The maximum temperature of the entire process is 80°C, which minimizes thermal impact on the substrate, and since it is colorless and transparent, it has little effect on optical properties. 【Examples of Adoption】 ■ Target: Optical components (lenses, cover glass, etc.) ■ Purpose: To impart water repellency and prevent dirt (fingerprint) adhesion 【Features】 ○ Excellent water and oil repellency Pure water: over 110°; n-hexadecane: over 68° ○ Thin film thickness can be controlled Spray treatment: 5–10nm (can be controlled in increments of 1nm) Vacuum deposition: 5–45nm (can be controlled in increments of 5nm) ○ Little effect on optical properties (colorless and transparent) ○ Low-temperature process Our surface treatment methods include two types: deposition and spray methods. "GD Coating" is a heat-resistant fluoropolymer coating that achieves strong adhesion and coverage by forming a chemical reaction layer through the fusion of composite processes. By integrating plating technology, painting technology, and metallurgy, it overcomes the challenges of conventional coatings (fluorine-based, ceramic-based, glass-based) to realize a thin film (40nm to about 1μm), transparency, pinhole-free quality, and heat resistance (500°C). The film forms an excellent single-layer membrane through reactions with the substrate, demonstrating superior performance (release properties, slip properties, non-stick properties, abrasion resistance, antibacterial properties, chemical and gas resistance, durability) compared to standard fluorine coatings.
