JT type elicroid gear pump

■Includes a moisturizing jacket■JT type pump that can use steam, hot water, and thermal medium oil.

The JT type features a structure with a jacket (suitable for steam, hot water, and thermal oil) on the pump body, and the bearings are internal sliding bearings. The gears and shafts are the same as those of the T type and RT type. The shaft seal is standardly a gland packing type, but depending on the type of liquid and your requirements, it can be changed to a mechanical seal type. The pipe connections are made with special flanges, available in both threaded and welded types. This is a positive displacement gear pump using an epicyclic gear, with the casing, gears, shafts, etc., optionally coated with Kanizen for excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Additionally, this epicyclic gear is a point contact continuous curve gear developed specifically for fluid transport pumps, offering high transmission efficiency, a high degree of design freedom, and ease of manufacturing. As a result, the combination of materials and mechanisms allows for a pump that operates at high speeds with low noise, minimal cavitation, excellent corrosion resistance, long lifespan, and high efficiency.

RT type Elicroid gear pump

Relief valve built-in pump RT type

The RT type features a built-in safety valve in the pump body, and the bearings are of a sliding bearing type with an internal bearing structure. Additionally, the gears and shafts are the same as those of the T type and JT. The shaft seal is standardly a gland packing type, but depending on the type of liquid and your requirements, it can be changed to a mechanical seal type. Here is an introduction to the drive methods for the "Elikuroido Gear." Since gear pumps are of the positive displacement type, unlike spiral pumps, they can transfer a volume proportional to the rotational speed at any RPM. There are "direct drive methods" where the pump and the prime mover are driven via a shaft coupling, and "belt drive methods" where the drive is typically reduced through a belt.
