[Case Study] High-Precision Quantification of Liposome Formulations Using HPLC CAD

The HPLC Charged Aerosol Detector (CAD) system is a solution that allows for the rapid and highly accurate quantification of lipids in liposome formulations. This technical sample presents the results of validation using the ASTM method across 12 system configurations at 4 sites (Thermo Scientific Vanquish Flex UHPLC and Vanquish Core HPLC). Reliable results were obtained across all systems, and they passed the system suitability tests.
