High-frequency high-current slip ring
Introduction of high-frequency, high-current slip rings for semiconductor devices.
This is a single-pole slip ring capable of conducting high-frequency large currents, 13.56MHz, 25A, which could not be handled by conventional slip rings or mercury-type devices. The rolling-type slip ring is a product with our unique structure. It features low and stable contact resistance, and its rotation is light enough to allow for inertia-driven spinning. Additionally, the behavior of high-frequency currents can be complex and difficult to predict. We have a proven track record of resolving numerous issues through information exchange with users, and we will leverage that know-how in future designs. The product shown in the image serves as a conduction path by fitting the user-side shaft (conduction path) into the hollow part of the rotating axis. **Features** - Capable of conducting high-frequency large currents - Compact design - Custom-designed to your specifications - Manufactured from a single unit - Numerous achievements in the semiconductor industry - Smooth rotation - Low contact resistance - Long lifespan
