The "Flash Dryer" rapidly introduces moist powder into a stream of hot air, causing it to collide with the hot air and instantly dry it while suspended in the drying tube.
Due to the extremely fast drying speed of the raw materials (the time from introduction to drying is 2 to 5 seconds), it is possible to dry heat-sensitive materials.
To increase thermal conductivity during the drying process, equipment for coarse crushing and grinding is provided, allowing for simultaneous drying and grinding.

■ The moist powder is quantitatively supplied to the cage mill via a feeder, comes into contact with hot air, passes through the drying tube, and is sent in order to a cyclone, bag filter, or scrubber.

■ Compared to other dryers, it requires less installation space and can be arranged in a three-dimensional layout.
