LoRa wireless compatible IoT gateway HLR-GW

5km flying LoRa radio! Data aggregated from the LoRa radio can be easily visualized from a PC connected via Ethernet!

The IoT Gateway HLR-GW aggregates data from each LoRa radio and connects to a local PC or existing LAN communication network via a HUB, enabling data visualization. Data is stored in CSV format within the IoT Gateway, and the stored CSV data can also be extracted using FTP. Additionally, it can provide data to external systems via Modbus/TCP communication. If the alarm upper and lower limits for analog signals or the alarm upper limit for contact signals are exceeded, it is also possible to output contact signals to lamps or buzzers from the IoT Gateway (optional). For wireless communication, it uses LoRa, a wireless technology designed for IoT. As a result, it can communicate up to a maximum line-of-sight distance of 5 km to the parent IoT Gateway HLR-GW, allowing wireless connectivity in locations where traditional 920MHz specific low-power radios would have required a relay to reach. This has been well received by customers. * This device is used with LoRa Private.

This is an anomaly detection system that utilizes AI in collaboration with Contec's IoT gateway and partner solutions.

The IoT gateway CONPROSYS enables the quick and easy establishment of an anomaly detection system utilizing AI in collaboration with partner solutions. Customers can execute all processes themselves, including data collection, selection of analysis models, registration of teacher (normal) data, and additional registration of teacher (accuracy improvement) data. This system serves as an example of a solution built with our CONPROSYS and the automatic detection solution for the manufacturing industry provided by NTC Corporation, "LOSSØ-STANDARD." An external clamp-type current sensor is installed on the power supply cable to equipment such as compressors, agitators, and machining tools, allowing data collection via CONPROSYS. The collected data can be analyzed using the analysis model of LOSSØ-STANDARD by simply specifying and registering the normal patterns.
