[Case Study] Stable Disposal of Aluminum Scrap and Cost Reduction

Annual cost reduction of approximately 1.5 million yen! A case study proposing reactive inactivation through rapid incineration processing.

We would like to introduce a cost reduction case from a manufacturer that has a production process for aluminum vapor-deposited films used in food packaging. The company faced the challenge of wanting to dispose of reactive aluminum scrap safely and inexpensively. In response, we proposed a rapid incineration process to deactivate the reactivity. Since there is no delay in the process from collection to incineration and volume reduction, there is no risk of reactivity during long-term storage. As a result, they were able to reduce disposal costs by 30% through efficient incineration operations. 【Case Study】 ■ Target Customer: Manufacturer of aluminum vapor-deposited films ■ Challenge: To dispose of reactive aluminum scrap safely and inexpensively ■ Effect - 30% reduction in disposal costs through efficient incineration operations - For a customer with a monthly output of 2 tons: annual cost savings of approximately 1.5 million yen *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
