To comply with the invoice system starting in October 2023, we at Toyo System propose a simple tool called "Easy Accounting Keeper" for customers considering a new register system, as well as for those looking for a way to issue receipts and invoices while minimizing changes to their current accounting methods and keeping costs low. With "Easy Accounting Keeper," you can maintain your existing order-taking operations without using the current system. During the accounting process, simply follow the on-screen menu to input the number of orders via touch operation and proceed with the settlement. You can issue receipts and invoices through screen operations and manage sales easily. "Easy Accounting Keeper" can operate on your existing computer and printer. For customers who have not previously used a computer and wish to minimize hardware purchase costs, we also offer a service to rent hardware for a monthly fee, so please feel free to consult with us.
